Our group classes are great, but sometimes its good to get a little bit of extra time under the watchful eye of our instructors. All of our fitness and martial arts instructors are able to provide one-2-one or small group sessions to help improve members training.

Perhaps you cant make regular classes or are the type of person that benefits from a more tailored approach to learning/training. Here you will have the undivided attention of a fully qualified coach helping you with every detail of your session.
