Mags Milne
Personal Trainer
Mags is a trainer that found the industry after completing her own fitness goals. She is now a fully qualified Personal Trainer and specialises in women starting out for the first time. She is popular with her clients thanks to her unique and friendly approach and ability to relate to many of the challenges that her clients face. She also takes many of the fitness classes at the gym and offers a wide range of treatments from massage to sports taping. Check out the therapy room page for more information.

Personal Trainer
Stacey is a fully qualified gym instructor and personal trainer. With over 15 years training experience she enjoys fitness classes, competitive distance running and Hyrox competitions. Stacey has the knowledge and skills to not just help you reach your fitness goals but also help you maintain the results. As a busy mum of two, Stacey understands the challenges parents face day to day and recognises the importance of having time to focus on your own health and wellbeing. Stacey is friendly and very approachable, she can often be found on the gym floor or in the Sprint studio delivering classes.

Adam Paterson
Senior Instructor
Adam holds a 5th degree Blackbelt in Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing. He specialises in coaching martial arts and conditioning. He has a wealth of knowledge gained from 30+ years of training in multiple martial arts and from competing around the world at the highest level. A former Scottish, English, Welsh, British, Celtic and World Championship gold Medallist across multiple disciplines.

Gary McGuire
Senior Instructor
Gary holds a 5th degree blackbelt in Taekwon-Do along with blackbelts in Karate and kickboxing. He also holds a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He is a qualified personal trainer and specialises in delivering group classes. He has over 30 years of experience and has competed across the globe winning gold medals at national, European and world championship level.

Katie Riddell
Taekwon-Do
Katie was our first student at aged 6, now in her 20’s she is able to pass on her knowledge to the next generations of blackbelts. As a 3rd Degree Blackbelt in Taekwon-Do with elite level international competition experience, she is ideally suited to train our advanced level juniors in 1-2-1 sessions. Katie is also qualified to deliver our TKD Tigers Classes for the 3-6 year old age group.

Dylan Christie
kickboxing
Dylan has a blackbelt in Taekwon-Do and kickboxing. He has represented his country multiple times in both disciplines. He is still an active fighter and currently holds the WKA Scottish, British, European and World Full-contact Kickboxing titles. Dylan heads up our kickboxing program for teenagers and adults and is able to pass on his knowledge to those looking to follow in his footsteps.

Jim. Miller
Boxing Trainer
Jim has over 30 years experience in boxing. Expect an old school training session from an old school trainer. His classes and personal training sessions will push you hard, but he also has a great eye for detail in all things the sweet science has to offer. His attention to detail will have you not only improving your fitness, but improving your skill levels also.

Scott Mclellan
BJJ Coach
Scott is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt under Thomas Bracher of ATOS, bringing years of experience on the mats to every class he teaches. Known for his technical approach and supportive coaching style, Scott specialises in both Gi and No-Gi grappling, helping students of all levels develop confidence, skill, and a deeper understanding of BJJ. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, Scott’s goal is to create a welcoming environment where everyone can progress and enjoy the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
