Our Circuit Class is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to push you to your limits and deliver real results. After a clear demonstration of each exercise, you’ll move through a series of timed stations that combine strength, cardio, and conditioning — giving you a challenging full-body workout that changes every week.
