Our newly refurbished gym area has 3500ft² of strength and cardio equipment to maximise your training.


Gym
3500 ft² of training space equipped with the best strength and conditioning equipment available. Well ventilated and spaced out, the training floor is kept meticulously clean by our members and dedicated staff. SMAC Gym offers members 24 hour access to suit their schedule.

Personal Training
Our group classes are great, but sometimes it’s good to get a little bit of extra time under the watchful eye of our instructors. All of our fitness and martial arts instructors are able to provide 1 to 1 or small group sessions to help improve members training and support them in achieving their goals.
Perhaps you can’t make regular classes or are the type of person that benefits from a more tailored approach to learning/training. Here you will have the undivided attention of a fully qualified coach helping you with every detail of your session.

Our cardio area offers a range of training equipment and a dedicated punch bag area. The protection screens fitted between the equipment provides our members with a safe and hygienic place to train.
